Loan Administrator  Middelburg

Mister Cash Group Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Administrator to join our growing team in Middelburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, verifying client information and affordability, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and lending procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced financial services environment. Experience in loan administration, financial services, or customer support will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and capture loan applications accurately.

  • Verify client documentation and affordability assessments.

  • Conduct client verification through the Home Affairs (HANIS) database.

  • Maintain and update client records and files.

  • Follow up on outstanding documents and repayments.

  • Assist clients with loan-related enquiries and support.

  • Manage and track social media and marketing leads.

  • Prepare reports and update internal systems.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen.

  • Aged between 18 and 35 years.

  • Resident of Middelburg.

  • Matric certificate.

  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Clean criminal record.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience in the financial services or lending industry.

  • Knowledge of loan management systems such as Webfin or Delfin.

  • Financial or accounting background.

  • Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the recruitment process.
